Refund Policy

At Dáraah, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship, artistry, and quality of our garments. Because our collections feature limited-edition runs, artisanal detailing, and custom production, we enforce a strict Exchange-Only Policy. We do not issue cash or original-payment refunds unless a garment is verifiably damaged or faulty upon arrival.
EXCHANGE PROTOCOLS (ELIGIBLE ORDERS)
We want you to be entirely satisfied with your piece. To prevent fitting issues, we strongly advise reviewing our detailed Sizing Chart prior to completing your checkout. If a standard garment does not fit as expected, you may request an exchange subject to the following criteria:
- Timeline: You must notify our concierge team at info@daraahlimited.com within seven (7) days of delivery, citing your order number and requested adjustments.
- Condition: Items must be completely unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged. All original branded packaging, dust bags, and security tags must remain fully intact and attached.
- Exclusions: We do not accept exchanges on items custom-made to a client's specific measurements, personalized pieces, or altered garments.
- Return Shipping: Return logistics and transit fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend utilizing tracking-enabled premium couriers DHL Express and securing a proof of postage. Dáraah is not liable for items lost or damaged in inbound transit.
ALLOCATION OF STOCK & STORE CREDIT
Upon receiving, inspecting, and approving your returned garment, our team will process the exchange:
- In-Stock Exchange: If your requested size is available, your replacement item will be processed and dispatched.
- Dáraah Store Credit: If your size is out of stock, or if you prefer an alternative, we will issue a digital Store Credit note.
* Store Credit notes are valid for Thirty (30) days from the date of issue and can be redeemed exclusively online at daraahlimited.com.
* Store Credit is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Any balance exceeding the credit value must be settled via our approved payment gateways.
SPECIAL EVENT & PROMOTIONAL SALES
- Final Sale Designation: All promotional, capsule drop, or seasonal sale items are considered Final Sale. They are ineligible for returns, exchanges, store credit, or corporate alterations.
- Processing Delays: Due to the elevated volume of orders during high-demand sales events, our standard processing window extends to 10–21 business days for dispatch from our Lagos hub.
CANCELLATION & ALTERATION POLICIES
- No Cancellations: Once an order is executed and processed through our payment gateway, the transaction is definitive. We do not honor cancellation requests or issue transactional reversals.
- No Standard Alterations: We do not offer garment alterations post-purchase. Under exceptional circumstances and solely at the discretion of our production team, localized modifications may be arranged for an additional artisan fee.
FAULTY, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT GARMENTS
We inspect every piece rigorously before dispatch. However, if your garment arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will correct it immediately.
- Reporting: You must inspect your package immediately upon delivery and report any structural fault or delivery error to info@daraahlimited.com within 24 hours, providing photographic evidence of the defect alongside your receipt.
- Resolution: If the damage claim is validated, our team will provide a return shipping label and coordinate an immediate priority replacement.
- Refund Allocation: In the rare event that a replacement for a faulty item cannot be produced or fulfilled, a complete refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banking institutions may require an additional processing period to reflect the credit on your statement.

Note: Packages sent back to our facilities without a pre-authorized return request will be automatically rejected and returned to the sender.
