1. AGREEMENT OVERVIEW & CORPORATE STRUCTURE
This digital commerce platform and all associated retail services are owned and operated by DARAAH LIMITED a corporate entity duly registered and established under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, with its primary operations centered in Lagos. By accessing this platform, browsing our collections, or executing a garment purchase, you engage in our “Services” and agree to be contractually bound by the following Terms and Conditions alongside our Privacy Policy and Return Framework. These Terms apply universally to all visitors, global consumers, wholesale partners, and content contributors. Please review this document comprehensively prior to finalizing any transaction. If you do not accept these provisions in their entirety, you are unauthorized to utilize our e-commerce features or purchase our products.
2. ELIGIBILITY & USER COMPLIANCE
1. Legal Capacity: By finalizing a transaction through this platform, you affirm that you possess the requisite lawful authority under your local jurisdiction to enter into a binding contract and execute financial payments.
2. Prohibited Conduct: You are strictly prohibited from utilizing our products, digital media, textile designs, or proprietary property for any unauthorized, unlawful, or copycat commercial purposes (including, without limitation, the violation of global intellectual property and trademark statutes).
3. System Integrity: You must not transmit, inject, or deploy any malicious code, viruses, or data extraction scripts onto our server architecture. Any demonstrated security compromise will yield an immediate termination of your access and potential legal referral to local and international cyber-security authorities.
3. APPAREL REPRESENTATION, CRAFTSMANSHIP, & AVAILABILITY
As a premium fashion brand, we execute rigorous quality control standards; however, the following digital retail variables apply:
1. Visual Display & Discrepancies: We make every effort to display the colors, textiles, and intricate textures of our garments with maximum accuracy. However, visual display outputs vary across individual consumer screens and calibrations. The Company cannot guarantee that your monitor will precisely replicate absolute color metrics or textile sheen.
2. Sizing and Fit: Garments are constructed according to our proprietary brand size guide. It is the sole responsibility of the consumer to consult the size charts provided prior to placing an order.
3. Supply Limitations & Editions: We reserve the right, but hold no obligation, to limit the sales of our products or limited-edition capsule collections to any specific geographic region, jurisdiction, or individual consumer pool. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
4. ORDER MODIFICATIONS, PRICING, & ACCOUNT INTEGRITY
1. Pricing Adjustments: The pricing tiering of our fashion catalog is subject to change without prior notice. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service architecture without liability to the consumer or any third party.
2. Order Modification & Cancellation: We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per individual, household, or specific order. This includes restrictions on orders tied to identical customer accounts, matching credit cards, or corresponding billing/shipping parameters. If an order is canceled or modified, we will attempt notification via the primary communication vector (email/billing phone) provided during checkout.
3. Data Maintenance: You agree to provide current, accurate, and comprehensive billing, contact, and shipping profiles for all purchases. You are required to promptly adjust account details, email addresses, and payment card expiration criteria to facilitate smooth transaction processing.
5. LOGISTICS: LAGOS DISPATCH & GLOBAL CUSTOMS LIABILITIES
Our brand dispatches directly from our operations hub in Lagos, Nigeria, to domestic and international destinations. Cross-border fashion logistics require strict adherence to international customs protocols.
6. STATUTORY CUSTOMS & TAX DISCLOSURE
All orders destined for cross-border or international delivery locations outside of Nigeria may be subjected to import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), brokerage fees, and local customs assessments upon arrival in the destination country.
- Financial Allocation: These assessments are mandated exclusively by your domestic customs authority and are not calculated, collected, or included within the shipping fee settled at our checkout.
- Consumer Liability: By executing an international transaction on Daraahlimited.com, you explicitly acknowledge and assume sole financial, administrative, and legal liability for all applicable duties, taxes, and clearance fees required by your local government to release the cargo.
