Shipping Policy
Last updated: July 2026
Thank you for choosing Dáraah. Every piece in our collection is crafted with deliberate care, artistry, and precision. By completing a purchase on our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the fulfillment timelines, tier-based shipping structures, and regional policies outlined below.
PRODUCTION & PROCESSING TIMELINES
Because our designs prioritize artisan quality over fast-fashion mass production, we operate on a specialized production schedule:
- Standard Processing Window: Please allow seven (7) to fourteen (14) working days for Product quality control metrics, and packaging clearance before your order is dispatched from our Lagos hub.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an automated confirmation email immediately upon executing your order. If this notification does not arrive in your primary inbox or spam folder within 24 hours, please contact our team immediately at info@daraahlimited.com.
DOMESTIC DELIVERY TIERS (NIGERIA)
Once our production team clears your order for dispatch, transit timelines vary depending on your geographical location:
| Destination Zone | Estimated Transit Time | Logistics Carrier | Delivery Framework |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lagos Metropolitan Area | 3 - 4 Working Days (Includes Production) | Premium Local Courier | Direct to doorstep |
| Other Nigerian States | 4 - 5 Working Days (Includes Production) | DHL Express | Priority doorstep tracking |
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ARCHITECTURE
Dáraah services a global clientele, exporting our collections worldwide directly from Nigeria.
- Carrier Framework: All international consignments are dispatched exclusively via DHL Express to guarantee the speed, security, and integrity of your pieces.
- Real-Time Tracking: Upon courier handoff, a shipping notification containing a unique DHL tracking link will be transmitted to your registered email address, allowing you to monitor your cargo in real-time.
- Weight-Based Carrier Rates: International shipping tariffs are dynamic and scale relative to the destination zone and the total structural weight of your selected garments. Final freight costs will be calculated transparently and displayed during the checkout process.
LOGISTICAL INTEGRITY & ACCURACY
- Address Verification: To prevent delivery anomalies or transit failures, consumers are strictly required to double-check their physical address parameters, postal codes, and active mobile contact configurations at checkout.
- Failed Delivery Actions: In the event that a shipment is returned to our Lagos hub due to an inaccurate address, an unresponsive recipient, or a refused delivery, the client will bear full financial liability for secondary domestic or international re-shipping fees.
- Loss & Asset Protection: Dáraah utilizes high-security packaging for all shipments. However, the Company is not responsible or legally liable for lost, compromised, or stolen packages once the official logistics carrier (DHL) logs the parcel's status as "Delivered" at your designated address.
GLOBAL CUSTOMS, TARIFFS & IMPORT LIABILITIES
Cross-border fashion logistics require adherence to international trade regulations.
RECIPIENT DUTY & TAX MANDATE
All international orders crossing sovereign borders may be subjected to import taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), brokerage commissions, and localized customs levies mandated by the destination government.
- Regulatory Compliance: International trade law requires Dáraah to state the absolute retail value of your purchase directly on the commercial invoice and customs declaration sheets attached to your package.
- Financial Allocation: These statutory assessments are independent of our brand and are not calculated or collected at our checkout.
- Exclusion of Liability: Dáraah bears absolutely zero financial or administrative responsibility for these tariffs. All customs adjustments, clearance parameters, and payment structures are the sole legal responsibility of the recipient. For precise guidance, we advise consulting your local customs authority prior to transaction execution.
